Need a little more room? For larger gatherings, the full first floor of The 401 is available to rent. This includes all three spaces, a kitchenette, and a beautiful entry room, with the option to incorporate the backyard as well.

Perfect for birthday parties, celebrations, and events that call for a little more room to gather.

Best suited for up to 40 people.
