Hudson Valley Community Space
A community-centered space designed to bring people together in meaningful, accessible ways. Rooted in the work of the Rosendale Family Therapy Center, we exist to support connection, creativity, and well-being through shared experiences.

The 401 is a nonprofit community space where neighbors come together. We believe everyone deserves a warm, affordable place to learn, heal, and connect.
We're run by and for the people of the Hudson Valley. Every decision centers on what our neighbors need most.
Our spaces feel like home. Cozy, unpretentious, and designed to put everyone at ease from the moment they walk in.
As a nonprofit, we keep rental rates low so that cost is never a barrier to bringing people together.
